Hippy new year everyone

Hey everyone,

it's that time of the year again, Christmas trees, lights, family, gifts, good food and our very special progressive Xmas show on our progressive channel. The tradition continues. Every year I put a long set under the tree and this year will be no exception. Depending on my xmas spirit, this years edition will be four to six hours long again. Only the first three hours will be available on our soundcloud and mixcloud. Tune in live at 2000 CET (berlin time) to enjoy the full set.

Update: Sorry for the bad sound quality but I had to switch to cds due to a hardware failure. Sadly there is no usabale recording of my xmas set this year :(

About Mutant X

Mutant X was born in the summer of `72 in Hamburg. Growing up in in the era of disco and synthie pop, he quickly fell in love with all kinds of electronic music. He started spinning vinyl in his basement in 1988. In 2006 he fell in love with progressive and psychedelic trance and had his first gig as Mutant X at the legendary Planet Subotnik. Since then he played at various parties all over germany and signed with Delicatek bookings in 2012.

His sets are groovy combinations of progressive psytrance with a the occasional offbeat track mixed in.

About Yannex

Yannex was introduced to djing by his mentor and later friend Teddy d’Saras, which infected him with a deep enthusiastic passion for electronic music early on. This passion led to his first public dj set in 2007.

He started of as resident dj at the “Frühschicht After Hour” in Juice Club Hamburg. Soon after he also got to be a permanent part of the ov-silence family. From there he went on to secure bookings all over Germany including “Psyngroove Silvester Special” and “Morgentau OA”.

His sets vary from typical hamburg progressive sound to pushing progressive psytrance depending on the time of day and setting of the crowd.
